Diddy Changing his name - TRUE OR FALSE?

Despite widespread reports that the millionaire media mogul had changed his (nick)name to Sean John, his rep clarified the situation to MTV News on Thursday (January 24). "Recent reports of a name change are totally false, he is still Diddy," the rep wrote. "He is currently in 'Sean John' mode as the upcoming Sean John fashion show is scheduled for February 8 in New York."

For the record, I knew he didn't change his name and I never reported it. Earlier this week a bunch of blogs said the 38 year-old rapper/mogul/actor had changed his stage name for the fifth or sixth time (depending on who you ask) since starting out in the music industry nearly two decades ago. In the past, Combs has been referred to as Puff Daddy, Puff, Puffy and P. Diddy, before shortening it to Diddy in 2005.

TMZ reports that the Drug Enforcement Agency was brought in for the arrest. He was also arrested last year for possession of drugs in Idaho.
His arraignment is set for this morning.

Remember Feb 2006 the song bird Ashanti launched that haircare line that looked like salad dressing for childrens salads? Well, that ish FLOPPED!!! It was launched in a few of the southern states and it didn't sell AT ALL. She lost a lot of money in the deal, to the tune of $65,000 - and thats a WHOLE LOT for an artist who isn't making any bank. I also included a throw back image of Ashanti when she had thick eyebrows, a mustache, and side burns. Thank GOD for electrolysis, huh?

Heath Ledger Died today

A 28 yr old actor by the name of Heath Ledger kicked rocks today. He died in his NYC apartment and stuff. He had a 3pm appointment to get a massage, and thank GOD the massage dude was so insistent on getting the money for that massage job that he went and got some chic who works in the building to get the key and open the door! They found him lying there gargling and still alive, so they called the paramedics. He had a bottle of AMBIEN beside him, and rumors are circulating that he also had cocaine lines on his nightstand. The paramedics tried to bring him back to life....the poor guy died on the scene in his apartment. He left behind a daughter. What a shame. Anyway, Mary Kate Olsen lives in that building..... Bobby Brown is in trouble AGAIN!!! Cops were called to a Brockton, Massachusetts Holiday Inn on December 1st 2007 to break up a fight and were dirrected to a 2004 Navigator in the parking lot where they found Bobby Brown in the front seat. Police are seeking to charge Bobby with a single count of possession of a Class B substance, which the court papers identify as cocaine.

Thank GOD Bobby even has a car, go head Bobby.... I didn't know he could still afford to gas up a big azz Navigator as well as afford one!!! Donda West dies of a Heart Attack - Dr. Jan Adams not liable?!?!

It looks like Dr. Jan Adams will not be liable in the death of Donda West. A popular website, TMZ got a hold of the coroners report and it looks like Dr. Jan Adams will be off the hook. Read below:

An autopsy failed to determine the exact role plastic surgery played in her death following liposuction and breast-reduction surgery, officials said. West, 58, died on Nov. 10 at Centinela Freeman hospital after friends and family made a frantic 911 call for help from her home in Playa Del Ray. "The final manner of death could not be determined," the coroner said in a statement. "Multiple post-operative factors could have played a role in the death. The exact contribution of each factor could not be determined. There was no evidence of a surgical or anesthetic misadventure."

And there you have it, folks. The report is a little sketchy to me. Um.... maybe they should have got that guy who works on HBO to do the autopsy, or that lady who had her own show to do it. Anyway, Donda RIP!
