UPDATE!!!!! According to local Idaho news station, KTVB, Wayne's attorneys have confirmed his release on Saturday on a $10,000 bond, which was in addition to an $11,000 bond posted earlier in the day. The rapper is now free to continue his tour.
Wayne is scheduled to be formally charged Tuesday (October 10) and will be asked then whether he plans to waive his extradition to Georgia, a jail deputy told the AP.
