Rihanna was spotted shopping at Barney’s and Fred Segal in Beverly Hills with her beggin azz BROKE bff (best friend forever) by the name of "IT". I like those shoes Rihanna picked out. I hope that window shopping friend looked at those price tags in that store and realized that she couldn't afford them. Her purse looks hella empty!
