Look what I found while browsing online as usual. Its a close up of ATL rapper/Shawty Lo's skin!!! I heard Shawty Lo got eczema but then again I heard that he could possibly have HIV/AIDS - thats just rude of someone to put that rumor out there. Just because he got some Michael Jackson spots on his face doesn't mean he has that ninja!!!
