If you live on the west coast, you know first hand all about the 99 cent store!!!! You know of its smell of rotten vegetables, everybody pushing/cutting in line, and the fact that EVERYTHING from bathroom accessories to panties and bras are only 99 cent!! Well, Avril Lavigne was caught leaving the 99 cent store this weekend with her boyfriend, Deryck Whibley. Her concert tickets didn't sell so good, so now I guess she is penny penching.
