Chunky Aretha Franklin wouldn't settle for a current photo of her on the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine. She knows they never come out quite right. She used this old and ancient photo from the 1970's to celebrate the fact that ole' girl has been named the “Greatest Singer of All-Time” in a new poll conducted by Rolling Stone Magazine. They even made the cover look antique and washed up - just like Arethas career. I love it!!

Well, I dont know how much you guys know about this stupid beef..but I will bring you up to date. During the Grammys performance, Beyonce introduced Tina Turner as "the Queen" and Aretha Franklin didn't like it too much so she had this to say:
“I am not sure of whose toes I may have stepped on or whose ego I may have bruised between the Grammy writers and Beyoncé, however I dismissed it as a cheap shot for controversy. In addition to that, I thank the Grammy’s and the voting academy for my 20th Grammy and love to Beyoncé anyway"
Well, Beyonce got her daddy, Matthew Knowles to respond, and he said:
“I’m not even going to take this to [Beyonce]. Something this ridiculous, it’s childish, it’s unprofessional. And it’s a sad day when egos get bruised because somebody used the word king, queen, prince or princess"
This is some childish shyt, the Knowles shouldn't even have responded to Aretha, shes clearly just trying to get some attention. LOL

Can someone riddle me WHY did Aretha Franklin wear that gay pride neck wear and that wig that looks like she stole it off a doll baby? Naw, she didn't get it off a doll baby, she got it for $10 from the hair store "down the street"
